All new accounts will incur an initial setup/clean-up fee of $15.00 at signup.
Special mass cleanups and one-time visits are billed at the rate of $45.00 per hour, with a minimum of one hour.

We will send out an invoice in the mail at the end of each month, after the work is all done.
This invoice is due by the 15th of the month. If you prefer another type of payment method, please contact us.
Please note there is a $3.00 late fee for accounts not paid by the 15th of the month following the service.
A one-time $15.00 setup/cleanup fee will be collected at signup.
